Our go-to for many a cold winter’s night (or morning or afternoon). This hot chocolate is so thick and creamy, you might just want to sip it with a spoon.
1 c coconut milk or almond milk
¼ c cacao powder
¼ chocolate bits
3 Medjool dates
¼ c cashews
2 tbsp hazelnuts (opt.)
Bring all ingredients to a boil over medium heat. Blend in high-powered blender until smooth. Serve with whipped cream, coconut flakes, or a marshmallow.
