Perfect for breakfast or a post-gym dessert. We like to make a big batch and keep it on hand for snacking.
½ c cashews
¼ c almonds
¼ c walnuts
½ c sunflower seeds
¼ c pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp flax seeds
¼ c unsweetened shredded coconut
½ c maple syrup
⅓ c coconut oil
½ tsp sea salt
In a food processor, pulse all nuts and seeds until desired consistency is reached. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Then add maple syrup, coconut oil, and sea salt and mix until coated. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool and break apart as desired.
